In the last 15 years, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) has collected data on the criminal conviction of over 1,200 mental health practitioners. In 2005, nearly half of all psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental health workers were convicted of sex crimes; 35% were convicted of fraud.

CCHR's Commissioners' Fraud Report is a periodic newsletter about current criminal and civil prosecutions of mental health practitioners and facilities. It is read by hundreds of United States district attorneys, civil attorneys and others intrerested in bringing criminal psychiatry and psychology back under the law.
