State of Michigan denies psychologist Kirtis Thomas' license reinstatement

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs’ Bureau of Health Professions (BHP) Disciplinary Action Report of May 6, 2011 contained the following action:

On May 4, the BHP denied the reinstatement of psychologist Kirtis Thomas’ license to practice psychology. The BHP, suspended Thomas’s license on February 18, 2010 for an indefinite period.  According to the BHP’s report, Thomas was suspended for failure to report a criminal conviction, lack of good moral character, unethical business practice and unprofessional conduct.
