Mental health counselor David Bollet suspended for crack, pot addiction

On or about August 31, 2011, the Florida Department of Health (DoH) summarily suspended the license of mental health counselor David B. Bollet due to inability to practice safely because of an addiction to crack cocaine and marijuana. News reports state that Bollet was convicted of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Bollet is entitled to a hearing before a final DoH decision is issued.

Amazing.. while we should have known he had issues as he gave us pads to write out reports of our own session! He has now opened a NEW (a second) office and had the nerve to send a welcome letter and a magnet.
Hmmm.. guess if we need to find some extra meds.. we should remain with his practice! Amazing.
