Pennsylvania reprimands psychologist Jonathan A. Roberds

On September 16, 2011, the Pennsylvania Department of State placed a public reprimand on psychologist Jonathan Andrew Roberds' permanent record with the Psychology Board and ordered him to pay a civil penalty of $2,500 and complete 30 hours of remedial education in ethics issues and boundary issues. Roberds provided psychological services outside the boundaries of his competence and engaged in a dual relationship and/or a relationship, which might impair his professional judgment or increase the risk of exploitation.
