Colorado board disciplines psychotherapist Michael Fabian

On July 21, 2011, the Colorado State Board of Registered Psychotherapists issued a pubic Letter of Admonition on registered psychotherapist Michael Fabian. In the letter, the Board indicates that it had initiated a complaint against him based on a finding that he did not disclose information relating to a certain case and that in failed to do so, he “resorted to fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in applying for and in securing your Database listing.”
