Oregon board reprimands counselor Vincent Brunning

On August 13, 2010, the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists issued a written reprimand to counselor Vincent Brunning, who failed to recognize professional responsibility and cause harm to clients and coworkers; failed to conform to standards of conduct’ treated clients and coworkers in a discourteous and disrespectful manner. He must also undergo clinical supervision for one year; pay disciplinary costs; successfully complete six hours training in suicide assessment and intervention and other continuing education.
