Social worker Gustavo Martinez surrenders license for unethical conduct

On March 10, 2012, licensed clinical social worker Gustavo Martinez surrendered his license to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Social Workers. The Board’s report states that Martinez engaged in unethical conduct by failure to maintain professional boundaries with a client(s).
