Psychology board issues charges against Ellen Yates following drunk driving conviction

On August 26, 2011, the California Board of Psychology issued an Accusation against Ellen Yates, Ph.D., citing her “conviction of a crime substantially related.” According to the Board’s document, in November 2008, Yates pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher. She was placed on probation with terms, including a fine of $1,740.
