State suspends psychologist Wendy Woodard on emergency basis

January 4, 2013

On October 1, 2012, the Washington State Examining Board of Psychology summarily suspended the license of Wendy J. Woodard.

The state’s document is heavily redacted but indicates that Woodard suffers from a condition that “substantially impairs her judgment, insight and thought process,” justifying the determination of immediate danger. A hearing on the matter will follow.

The state issued a similar statement of charges and order orders against Woodard in both 2003 and 2004, respectively, resulting in the suspension of her license at that time.
