State places psychiatrist Robert D. Rosenberg on probation for self-prescribing

On February 22, 2013, the Medical Board of California placed psychiatrist Robert D. Rosenberg's license on probation for three years with terms and conditions to settle the Board's case against him. On January 18, 2012, the Board issued an Accusation against Rosenberg, containing charges of self-prescription, dishonesty, violation of drug laws and failure to maintain adequate and accurate records.
