Social worker Heather Retzlaff surrenders license; engaged in sex with patient

On February 17, 2013, social worker Heather Retzlaff surrendered her license to the Wisconsin Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling and Social Work Examining Board. Retzlaff, who was employed by the Fond du Lac County Department of Social Services, engaged in sexual contact and sexual conduct with a patient after he was discharged as her client but before the mandatory two years had passed since the termination of the therapeutic relationship.
