2012 Arizona psychologist disciplinary actions

The Arizona Board of Psychology took the following disciplinary actions:

On February 14, 2012, it issued a Decree of Censure on Michael L. German, Ph.D., for engaging in a dual relationship.

On June 26, 2012, it issued a Consent Agreement and Order on Kimi Wright, Ph.D., for unprofessional conduct.

On October 11, 2012, it accepted the surrender of the license of Eugene Cherry, Ph.D., in lieu of completing a previously imposed disciplinary action, for unprofessional conduct.

On October 29, 2012, it issued a Consent Agreement and Order on Renee Roberts, Ed.D., placing her on one year probation and an additional 36 hours of continuing education, for unprofessional conduct.

On November 1, 2012, it placed Lydia B. Garrett, Ph.D., on one year of probation and practice monitoring, as well as 24 hours additional continuing education, for unprofessional conduct.

On November 26, 2012, it issued a Decree of Censure for unprofessional conduct.
