Attorney General files complaint against psychiatrist David Daley

In October 2012, the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s office filed a criminal complaint against psychiatrist David W. Daley, charging him with 33 felony counts of prescribing medication outside of accepted treatment principles and helping patients fraudulently obtain prescriptions drugs.
