May 24, 2013

On September 28, 2012, the Ohio Board of Psychology permanently revoked the license of Judith A. Lalli, Ph.D.

The Board’s document states that while employed as a psychologist at a state correctional facility, Lalli engaged in multiple relationships with patients, including verbal conduct of a sexual nature. She also violated patient confidentiality.

Additionally, Lalli pleaded no contest January 24, 2012 to a charge of theft and was placed on a first offenders program, which included community service and three days in jail.
