Psychologist Robert M. Martin disciplined over informed consent

On June 21, 2013, Robert M. Martin entered into a consent order with the Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Psychologists with which he was placed on probation for up to 18 months and was required to pay the Board’s costs of investigation and prosecution, $6,627.70. The Board’s document states that Martin failed to obtain or document having obtained written informed consent from a patient and failed to obtain from the patient a written release of records.
