Social worker David Benson sentenced for false claims

On or about May 24, 2013, Massachusetts clinical social worker David M. Benson pleaded guilty to charges of larceny and Medicaid false claims. He was sentenced to nine months incarceration an ordered to pay restitution of more than $165,000 to MassHealth and Medicare.
