Social worker John N> Bagley loses license for relationship with female clients

On February 28, 2013, licensed clinical social worker and marriage & family therapist John Neff Bagley surrendered his license to the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. According to the Division’s document, Bagley “engaged in inappropriate dual relationships with two different female clients, failed to keep records in a secured, locked area and failed to maintain records for the amount of time required by statute.”
