State limits psychiatrist Nasreen Kader's practice

On September 6, 2013, the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) issued in interim order against psychiatrist Nasreen Kader, precluding him from practicing in other than a supervised setting and from engaging in further medical practice at five specific locations enumerated in the Board’s order. The OPMC is investigating alleged misconduct by Kader but the document does not indicate the nature of the investigation.
