Texas psychologist disciplinary actions, October 2013

On October 10, 2013, the Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists took the following disciplinary actions:

• Ordered psychologist Rebecca L. Johnson to pay an administrative penalty and obtain additional professional development for failure to report an arrest to the Board in a timely manner.

• Reprimanded psychologist Sarah H. Kramer for having rendered a forensic opinion concerning child custody while serving as the children’s treatment provider.

• Ordered Stephen A. Moore to pay an administrative penalty for failure to provide proof of required professional development hours.
