December 12, 2013, social worker George P. Kennedy entered into a consent agreement with the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (“Board”) to have all aspects of his practice of social work monitored on a bi-weekly period for two years. Kennedy was accused of having engaged in the sexual harassment of two female colleagues and one female client and was subsequently terminated from his employment.

On December 11, 2013, the Board indefinitely suspended the license of social worker John A. Keister for Keister’s admitted failure to comply with the Board’s continuing education requirement.

On November 22, 2013, the Board revoked the license of social worker William M. McKenzie for failure to comply with the Board’s continuing education audit requirement.

On November 22, 2013, the Board revoked the license of social worker Gale Kistemaker for failure to comply with the Board’s continuing education audit requirement.

On November 22, 2013, the Board revoked the license of social worker Amy S. Cowgill for failure to comply with the Board’s continuing education audit requirement.

On November 19, 2013, social worker Jill. M. McClellan surrendered her license to the Board. McClennan admitted she’d failed to comply with the Board’s continuing education requirement.
