NY psychiatrist Michael Alexandrov disciplined by state

On April 25, 2014, the New York State Department of Health placed the license of psychiatrist Michael Alexandrov on probation for a period of three years.

According to the Dept’s document this action was the result of findings that Alexandrov’s treatment of four patients failed to meet the standard of care, including but not limited to inadequate documentation in the patients’ medical record.
