Virginia psychologist faces sex charges

A psychologist in Woodbridge had an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old client, according to Prince William police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Perok. 
 
Matthew Stuart Broudy, 46, of the 5700 block of 4th St. N. in Arlington, has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses involving children. 
 
Between January and March, Broudy allegedly carried on a relationship with the teen girl. Police claim the two engaged in inappropriate contact at Broudy’s office at Psychological and Life Skills Associates at 13885 Hedgewood Drive, Suite 245, in Woodbridge.
 
Broudy had sent sexually explicit message to the girl, Perok said. On Thursday, police searched Broudy’s office and seized electronic items.
