Psychiatrist Surenda K. Johri Charged with Sex Abuse & Forcible Touching, Police Say

New Hartford, New York -  Psychiatrist Surenda K. Johri has been charged with third-degree sex abuse and forcible touching while at work in Utica, police said. 

 

Also according to the police, Surenda Johri turned himself into the Utica police department on June 18. The charges, both misdemeanors, are related to alleged misconduct while on the job.
