Pennsylvania psychologist Marcye Shayer surrenders license on charge of immoral conduct

On April 24, 2007, the Pennsylvania Department of State Board of Psychology accepted the voluntary and permanent surrender of Marcye Shayer’s license because she violated the statute which prohibits a psychologist from engaging in a dual relationship with a patient and she engaged in immoral or unprofessional conduct.1
