California psychologist surrenders license

California psychologist Leonard Steve Kruszecki surrendered his license to practice in the state of California. Kruszecki was found guilty in 2001 of embezzlement and was sentenced in October of that year to 60 days prison and 3 years supervised probation. Kruszecki had pretended to work from home (and draw pay from) one county while he was actually working at the same time and in the same capacity in another county.
