Psychologist Susan Mendelsohn surrenders license

On May 1, 2014, Susan Mendelsohn, Psy.D. permanently surrendered her license the Ohio Board of Psychology, waiving all rights to apply for restoration in perpetuity, in lieu of additional proceedings.

The Board's document states that it received separate complaints from two of Mendelsohn's clients, alleging that she engaged in non-sexual boundary violations, exploited their trust and dependency and violated their confidentiality.
