Connecticut psychologist charged with sexually assaulting patient

Dr. Clark Allen, an 83-year-old psychologist in Connecticut, was arrested by police and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. The arrest followed a police investigation after a female patient said Allen had sexually assaulted her during an appointment.

He was held on a $200,000 bond and arraigned at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday.
