November 24, 2010

The July 22, 2010 report of the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision stated that the Board had denied psychiatrist David E. Linden’s motion for termination of his probation.

The state suspended Linden in November 2006 for 45 days for sexual misconduct, followed by three years probation.

Linden failed to comply with the terms of probation, resulting in the Board filing another complaint against him in September 2008, resulting in three years additional probation and a $15,000 fine.
