Former Iowa Psychology Professor Charged with Sending Nude Photos in Alleged Minor Sex Sting

A now-former University of Dubuque professor has been arrested in connection to an undercover grooming operation by the Manchester Police Department.

Nathan Hough has been charged with grooming and dissemination of obscene material to a minor. According to the university’s website, Hough was an associate professor of psychology at the school.
