Patrick Clancy filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Norfolk Superior Court against psychiatrist Jennifer A. Tufts, nurse practitioner Rebecca H. Jollotta, Aster Mental Health, and South Shore Health System, alleging negligent mental-health treatment of his wife, Lindsay Clancy, in the months leading up to the January 24, 2023 deaths of their three children in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
