Medical Board Accuses San Diego Psychiatrist Ankur Bindal of Sex with Patient

The California Medical Board has filed an accusation against psychiatrist Dr. Ankur Bindal, owner of KMG Psychiatry in Chula Vista, alleging he repeatedly had sexual intercourse with a female patient during office visits, gave her money, and then tried to manage the fallout by coaching her to minimize what happened and drafting a false statement for her.
