Nevada Health Authority Revokes Licenses of Four Youth Psych Facilities

The Nevada Health Authority revoked the licenses of four psychiatric residential treatment facilities operated by Moriah Behavioral Health (which also does business as Ignite Teen and Eden Treatment) after at least 36 complaints alleging serious violations related to child safety, quality of care, and noncompliance with state and federal law. The facilities were cited for lack of physician oversight, incomplete medical records, unqualified staff, hazardous living conditions, and repeated violations.
