The United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey reported that psychiatrist David Holbrook was arrested on November 4, 2025, for unlawfully prescribing Adderall, a Schedule II controlled substance, and Xanax, a Schedule IV controlled substance for no legitimate medical purpose.
