Pennsylvania State Psychiatric Hospital Nurse Charged with Sexual Assault

Dana Renae Coxon, 40, a former registered nurse at Torrance State Hospital, a state-run psychiatric hospital in Derry Township, Pennsylvania, was charged with institutional sexual assault and contraband after investigators say she repeatedly met a patient in a bathroom inside the facility, supplied him with a cellphone and outside food and drink, and engaged in sexual acts from February to September 2025.
