UK National Health Service Issues Apology to Children Abused at Ladyfield Psych Facility

The National Health Service (NHS) Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland issued an unreserved apology to victims of historical physical and sexual abuse at Ladyfield, Scotland’s first residential psychiatric unit for children in Dumfries, in a submission to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry.
