Arkansas Psychiatrist Brian Hyatt, Facing 100+ Patient Lawsuits and Medicaid Fraud Charges, Arrested for Public Intoxication

BENTON COUNTY, Ark. — Former Rogers psychiatrist Brian Hyatt, who is set to go to trial later this year for alleged Medicaid fraud, has been arrested for public intoxication.

Hyatt's booking information said he was arrested on June 5 by the Rogers Police Department (RPD) and released the next day on a written promise in lieu of bond.

According to an RPD arrest report obtained by 5NEWS, officers working near the Walmart AMP found Hyatt "staggering" near a vehicle.
