Acadia Healthcare: Former Patient of White Deer Run Files Lawsuit Alleging Coerced Sex Act with Staff Member

A Lancaster, Pennsylvania woman has filed a 15-count lawsuit against White Deer Run in Salisbury Township and its parent company, Acadia Healthcare, alleging she was forced to perform a sex act on a staff member during her inpatient stay from November to early December 2024.

The lawsuit claims she told a roommate, who informed a counselor, but no action was taken. Filed in August in Philadelphia County Court, the suit seeks over $50,000 in damages, citing failures in staff training, monitoring, and patient protection.
