KidsPeace: Five Federal Lawsuits Allege Child Sex Abuse against Pennsylvania Residential Psych Facility

Two additional individuals recently filed federal lawsuits alleging they were sexually abused as minors at the KidsPeace residential treatment center in North Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. This brings the total number of pending federal cases against the facility to five. The newest complaint, filed Feb. 24, 2026, alleges a former patient was repeatedly groped and forced to perform oral sex by a staff member in 2010 after reporting the abuse to supervisors without protection.
