Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health: Two New York Staffers Charged with "Excessive Force" on 16-Year-Old

Investigators said two employees of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Red Hook, New York were criminally charged in connection with a March 6 incident that authorities said was not reported. Caitlin Cambridge, 36, faces a felony count of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, while Erika Travis, 48, was charged with a misdemeanor, according to a State Police statement issued Wednesday.
